安裝模組後錯誤信息

我用之前的方法安裝模組，結果錯誤信息：

無法產生檔案。

無法從 http://ftp.drupal.org/files/projects/admin_menu-7.x-3.0-rc4.tar.gz 取得 Drupal。

這要如何改？
