新手剛接觸drupal 登入問題

在安裝過程都ok....但要登入http://localhost/drupal_test 的時候.....一直登入不了...username 跟password 也都照之前的設定.......
在setting.php 也更改了 $db_url = 'mysql://root:051080@localhost/drupal_test';
但一直登入顯示 the webpage cannot be found........試了刪除IE8 的cache 或是裝了firefox也都登入不了....
請問各位drupal前輩怎麼解決......

http://localhost/drupal_test/...可以進到錄目...如圖....點選drupal-6.15/後...如圖....按index.php之後...到 localhost 畫面(如圖).....輸入username..password..就顯示 the webpage cannot be found.... 如果是死掉了...要怎麼啟動它......而且我都沒有照教學講的上傳到ftp上面...都是在本機安裝........各位大大..要如何使用呢??? ><
