突然不能打開，請問問題通常在哪兒？

.htaccess如下，我刪除或重新上傳都不起作用。空間商說上傳了一個php.php文檔測試正常。
空間上大部分網站正常，也有少數網站說不能打開。我可以通過修改.htaccess恢復正常嗎？
