使用garamond的主题，将原来页面宽度添加了200
在firefox下都正常，但是在IE下，只要comment多于2条，那主框架剩下的内容都跑到“右边框”去了

在IE下，使用save as发现，code与查看源文件的code有区别。逐步排查，并经过验证发现是
li出的问题，下面的code将开始的li替换成div，则问题就消失。
