一般來說，CMS = Content Management System，內容管理系統。
不過以 Drupal 或現在的 Web 2.0 趨勢來看，或許稱之為 Community/Collaboration Management System 更佳。

不過CRM相關的功能，Drupal的核心還不夠強
合作的機制，通常也沒有包含在Core裡頭

CRM 又是另一回事了，比較強調網站與使用者之間的聯繫。 沒實際使用過 CivicCRM，不知道到底能做到什麼程度。
collaboration 部份的確是要再強化。
