Drupal.org 上有一篇文章《IBM focuses on Drupal for new developerWorks series》提到，IBM的網路開發部門推薦使用Drupal來建置一個協同運作網站。因為它的架構與彈性是最好的，學習曲線比其他系統低。

IBM網站上的主要文章是這篇《Using open source software to design, develop, and deploy a collaborative Web site》，先研究選擇合適的開源軟體（Introduction and overview），然後再講求網站建置的企劃執行流程（Design for an effective user experience）。
