Have you DrUpAlEd Today?

Everyone, I am wanting to plan a DrupalCamp for early May. I want to put out a few questions.
1. Duration: half day or full day
2. Date: Do you think the camp should be held on a working day or a Saturday?
3. Fee: Since I am not familiar with pricing in Taiwan, what would your suggestion be?
4. Sessions: Do you have any ideas what type of sessions do you want to see?
5. Speakers: Who do you want to see as your speakers? (keep in mind that if we need to hire them from outside of Taiwan, the fee to the camp might be higher).
6. Volunteers: Let me know if you want to volunteer to help me organize this or you only want to volunteer for the day of the event, or you want to volunteer but you don't know what you can do.

Here is the time line and a list of things that needed to be done

      Call for sponsors: Beginning of April - If you have any ideas, please find Charles
      Decide on location: Mid-April - If you have any ideas, please find Charles/Julia
      Call for presenters: Now til mid-May - If you have any ideas, please find Kiang/Jimmy. Confirmation by June 1st
      Registration:
    • Early Bird: Tentatively set at May 1st
    • Regular registration: Tentatively set at June 1st
        • Beginning of April - If you have any ideas, please find Charles
      Marketing/Website: Mid-May
      Show Time: Early July

    Hello everybody,

    I'm also a Taiwan Drupaler. I use drupal since 1 yr ago, but never posted until I see the drupal camp that will be held in Taiwan.
    I'd like to join the event and doing something for it, however i'm live in Tainan far from taipei.
    I think there is something I can help remotely:

    • I saw the education field is mentioned and included in session. I have a project for Admission System of NCKU that could be share with.
    • I can try to ask for sponsoring a web-host for the drupal camp 2010, if needed.

    潛水一年多，看到要在台灣舉辦Drupal Camp真的很興奮，
    我也願意跳出來幫忙些什麼，但是由於目前待在台南，就算看到有讀書會，也很難出席。
    因此想到可以遠端提供些幫忙，目前想到以下兩點

    • 因為先前有提到關於Drupal在學術界的議題，我在去年為成大製作了一個國際學生線上報名系統，如果需要，我很樂意分享這個經驗。(花了好多時間摸索而來)
    • 再別篇文中有看到可能需要網站空間的贊助，這個我也可以試著問問看，讓網站有地方可以落腳

    看到消息真的很開心，雖然好像有點晚，希望能幫些什麼，到時候一定出席參加大會....

    目前我們有些問題
    就是收款的部分
    因為每人數目不超過一千
    但收據的部分
    不知要怎麼開
    還有場地的部分
    因大部分好的場地
    都要10萬以上
    所以有點.......
    無法負荷
