它一直出現這個問題

The mysql error was: Can't connect to MySQL server on 'free-site-host.com' (10061).

我肯定我的 id password 和 host 是正確的 為什麼連不上呢
除了settings.php 要改還有什麼要改呢?

嗯...就只有 settings.php 啊，你是透過 Drupal 6 安裝程序進行設定的嗎？

設定檔在 網站目錄/sites/default/settings.php

$db_url 格式︰
[資料庫種類]://[資料庫連線帳號]:[密碼]@[連線主機(host)位址]/[資料庫名稱]
上篇的連結，意思是...
[要連到MySQL資料庫]://[帳號是 username]:[密碼是 password]@[連到同一台機器上的...]/[一個叫作"databasename"的資料庫]

不是很清楚你的問題，所以把想到的答案都寫進來...

你是用 free-site-host.com 嗎？
mysql host 應該是設定為 localhost

database name = username_dbname

host = localhost
port = default
database password = dbpassword
